Location: Front Street Dog Shelter, 110 Cutler Pond Rd., Binghamton, NY 13905
Pets need to be at least 3 months old. 
All pets must be restrained by a responsible party. 
$5.00 donation to AARF per pet is requested. 
Clinic is free to County residents.
Bring previous rabies vaccination certificate with you.
